Recreational Vehicle Sales Specialist

What You'll Do:

Deliver an exceptional customer experience by promoting our top-quality new and used RVs.

Conduct engaging demonstration rides and informative walk-through presentations.

Close sales effectively by collaborating closely with our Finance and Insurance (F&I) team.

Provide a no-pressure, high-integrity approach while following up with each customer.

What You'll Need:

High school diploma or equivalent.

2+ years of sales experience preferred—ideally in RVs, automotive, furniture, real estate, or similar fields.

Ability to be bondable and secure a professional sales license.

Basic computer skills for inventory review and customer data entry.

Valid driver's license.

Capability to lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs with assistance.

Willingness to stand, stoop, crawl, and bend as needed.

This position operates on a 100% commission-based structure, with a potential annual income range of $50,000 - $150,000. In specific states, you will receive a minimum hourly compensation, in addition to variable earnings.
