About Us:

D&A Distribution, LLC d/b/a Strictly E-Cig is one of the largest vape distributors on the East Coast. We specialize in premium products and pride ourselves on operational excellence, compliance, and exceptional service. As we continue to expand, we are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Merchandiser to help stock and maintain vapor and alternative products at our convenience store accounts. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, organized, and capable of building strong relationships with store staff while ensuring our products are always available and attractively displayed.

Key Responsibilities

Visit assigned convenience stores on a regular schedule to stock vapor and alternative products.

Ensure shelves, displays, and racks are properly filled, clean, and organized.

Rotate stock to maintain freshness and compliance with regulations.

Place and adjust product orders as needed to meet store demand.

Handle emergency restocks and product shortages promptly.

Communicate with store managers and staff to address any issues or special requests.

Track and report inventory levels, shortages, or damaged goods.

Assist warehouse staff with loading products into vans.

Uphold all company policies, safety standards, and industry compliance requirements.

The hours worked may vary depending on retailer needs but it's still a full-time position.

Qualifications

Prior merchandising, stocking, or retail experience preferred (convenience store experience a plus).

Industry knowledge is a plus.

Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.

Must be able to pass our employment screening process.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Ability to lift, move, and stock products (up to 50 lbs).

Professional communication skills and customer service mindset.

Self-motivated and dependable with a positive attitude.

Compensation

Hourly Rate: $18
