SR BUSINESS SYSTEM ANALYST

Job Brief

We are seeking a skilled professional to perform functional analysis, define system requirements, and ensure the security and performance of our network infrastructure. This role involves collaboration with technical teams and end-users, as well as hands-on testing and troubleshooting of various network security components.

Description & Duties

Perform functional analysis to define systems requirements.

Collaborate with technical staff and end-users to identify processing, reporting, data, and performance needs.

Test network security at various levels to ensure optimal performance of components, including:

Cisco ASA

Checkpoint Security Appliance

Cisco Call Manager

Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Minimum of five (5) years of experience in the design, enhancement, implementation, and/or operation of voice, video, and wireless security systems.

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in computer science, information systems, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

Proficiency in routing, switching, and firewall technologies.

Additional Requirements

Prior to employment, the recommended candidate must successfully pass a urinalysis and/or blood test to screen for alcohol and/or drug use.
