Proficiency in performing 1/3D stack-up analysis to evaluate feasibility.

Advanced knowledge of GD&T principles, with proven ability to create and validate technical drawings.
Proficiency in CATIA.
Key Responsibilities:
Define and establish craftsmanship, flush, and gap (F&G) requirements.
Maintain ownership of requirements from definition through release.
Serve as DVA (Dimensional Variation Analysis) lead for feasibility assessments.
Oversee the drawing-check process for designated vehicle commodities.
Define and implement measurement strategies.
Approve fixtures in line with project requirements.
Required Attributes:
Knowledge of basic statistical concepts and process control.
Strong understanding of Variation Simulation Analysis tools.
Knowledge of measurement systems and manufacturing processes.
Understanding of dimensional engineering deliverables within the vehicle development process.
Proficiency in PC tools such as PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
Good knowledge of CATIA V5 and CATIA V6.
Minimum of 8 years' experience in dimensional management.
Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
