Mainframe Tester

Job Title: Mainframe Tester

Location : Tampa, FL

RTTO - 5 Days Onsite

Required Skills & Experience

10+ years of experience in manual testing with a focus on mainframe environments.

Strong understanding of ISO messaging standards (ISO 8583/20022) in the payments or banking domain.

Hands-on experience with TSO/ISPF, JCL, DB2, VSAM, and mainframe job execution/monitoring.

Solid experience in test case creation, execution, and defect management.

Familiarity with financial transaction lifecycle and message formats.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Nice-to-Have Skills

Java programming and experience with test automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, TestNG, JUnit).

Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, Git).

Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Exposure to API testing (e.g., REST/SOAP using Postman, ReadyAPI).
