Your Mission:
Oversee roofing and envelope projects ranging from $1M to $10M+
Manage safety, scheduling, budgets, and subcontractors from start to finish
Deliver work in occupied and secure environments—hospitals, government sites, schools
Coordinate closely with clients, vendors, site supers, and internal teams
Troubleshoot issues, drive solutions, and keep projects moving efficiently
Review outcomes and identify areas for continuous improvement
What You Bring to the Table:
5+ years leading commercial roofing or envelope projects
Expertise in TPO, PVC, EPDM, Modified Bitumen, metal systems, and waterproofing
Proficiency with tools like Procore, The Edge, and Microsoft Office
Experience working in active facilities—safety-first mindset a must
OSHA 30 or 500 certified (EM 385 or LEED is a plus)
High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred
