Role Overview
We are seeking a seasoned engineer with enterprise-scale expertise in Windows OS imaging and deployment, who can lead configuration management and endpoint standardization as part of a large-scale migration from a legacy datacenter to a new infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead image creation, customization, and deployment for Windows 10 and Windows Server 2019 in large enterprise environments.
2. Manage endpoint configuration including Group Policies, drivers, BIOS/UEFI settings, and post-imaging tasks.
3. Deploy OS images across multiple devices using tools like Radia Client Automation (v10+), SCCM, or MDT.
4. Coordinate mass deployment planning to ensure system integrity and device readiness.
5. Collaborate with scripting engineers to embed deployment logic into automated PowerShell workflows.
6. Validate image compatibility with various USB peripheral devices, ensuring drivers and integration workflows function reliably.
7. Troubleshoot image rollout failures and assist in root cause analysis and resolution.
Required Skills
• 7+ years of experience in Windows OS imaging and enterprise-wide deployment
• Hands-on expertise with endpoint configuration tools and imaging pipelines
• Familiarity with Radia, or equivalent platforms like SCCM/BigFix
• Solid understanding of hardware abstraction layers, USB device provisioning, and mass deployment
