Our client is an Indonesian domestic investment company based in Serang, Banten. The company specializes in construction projects, office building development, multimodal freight transportation (land, sea, and ferry services), as well as trading of machinery and transportation equipment.

The Job

Department Overview

As a Project Coordinator, you will oversee the construction project from start to finish, ensuring that work is on schedule, on budget, and established quality standards.

Job Responsibilities

Manage and monitor project schedules and progress of work in the field.

Ensure the use of the project budget according to the provisions.

Be the main liaison between contractors, vendors, and internal teams.

Compile project reports, documentation, and periodic updates for management.

Identify risks and propose solutions to avoid delays.

Ensure that occupational safety (K3) standards are complied with by the entire project team.

Ideal Candidate

Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction/infrastructure project management.

Proficient in project planning, MS Project/Excel, and basic management software.

Good communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Able to work with various parties (teams, contractors, vendors).
