Job Details

Workplace Environment: Onsite

This role will sit in the following cities: Winnipeg

Hours of Work: 23:00-07:30 - 37.5 weekly hours - Monday to Friday; there may be a requirement to work a reasonable number of additional hours beyond normal weekly hours to meet deliverable deadlines.

Description

Manage and supervise sort operations

Manage a group of unionized employees

Create a positive work environment, building employee loyalty and a team atmosphere

Responsible for achieving objectives as outlined in the operational scorecard

Responsible for managing performance of employees as per operational standards and indices

Improvement of operational standards through reviews of employee performance, coaching, training, counseling and recognition.

Responsible for communicating and implementing policy, procedure or programs.

Responsible for completing a variety of reports and documents.

All other related and assigned duties
