Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Industrial Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for improving and optimizing manufacturing processes, enhancing productivity, and ensuring the efficient operation of industrial systems. This role requires a strong background in engineering principles, along with experience in electrical systems and manufacturing environments.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze and improve manufacturing processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
Design and implement new production systems and processes.
Utilize CAD software for the design of production layouts and systems.
Conduct root cause analysis for manufacturing issues and implement corrective actions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot electrical systems and circuits.
Develop and maintain documentation related to engineering processes and procedures.
Perform testing and validation of new systems and processes to ensure compliance with standards.
Provide support in the implementation and maintenance of PLC systems.Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
Experience in electrical engineering and manufacturing environments.
Proficiency in using CAD software for design purposes.
Knowledge of Allen-Bradley PLC systems.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on root cause analysis.
Experience in troubleshooting electrical systems and circuits.
Familiarity with industrial testing and compliance standards.
