Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled FPGA Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing FPGA-based solutions for various applications. This position requires a strong foundation in digital logic design and proficiency in VHDL. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, reliable systems.
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement FPGA architectures using VHDL.
Develop and execute test plans for FPGA designs to ensure functionality and performance.
Collaborate with hardware and software teams to integrate FPGA solutions into broader system designs.
Perform simulation and verification of FPGA designs to confirm compliance with specifications.
Document design processes, including specifications, design decisions, and test results.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
Proven experience in FPGA design and development using VHDL.
Strong understanding of digital logic design concepts and methodologies.
Familiarity with scripting languages such as TCL and Python is a plus.
Experience with digital circuit board design and schematic capture is an advantage.
Knowledge of Verilog, PLC engineering, and embedded firmware development is desirable.
