We are seeking an experienced Power Platform Developer with advanced expertise in Power Apps and Power Automate to join our team. Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and optimize Power Apps solutions to improve operational efficiency

Build and manage custom connectors for integration with external systems

Implement governance, security, and compliance standards across the Power Platform

Manage multiple environments, monitor usage, and optimize applications

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide training/support

Apply ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) practices for solution deployment

Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues

Present solutions and updates to directors and business stakeholders

Technical Requirements:

4+ years of experience in Power Platform development (Power Apps, Power Automate)

Proficiency in building Canvas apps and optimizing performance

Experience with data architecture and Dataverse, SQL Server, or SharePoint

Knowledge of ALM practices, source control, and deployment pipelines

Experience developing and managing custom connectors

Strong understanding of governance, security, and DLP policies

Familiarity with environment management and role-based access control

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

Preferred Skills:

Experience with Model-Driven apps

Familiarity with SQL and API integration

Knowledge of Power Platform CoE and governance best practices

Experience with Azure DevOps or Jira for development lifecycle management

Strong UI/UX design principles
