About Us
FUJIFILM Biotechnologies is expanding its capacity in Hillerød by adding 14 x 20,000L bioreactors and three additional downstream processing lines. This makes us Europe’s largest end-to-end CDMO, offering a total of 20 x 20,000L bioreactors for drug substance production complemented by comprehensive drug product and finished goods services. This is an excellent opportunity to join our company at a pivotal time of growth and be part of an exciting journey – and all while only working 7 days during a 14-day period.
Tasks
In the position as operator (Manufacturing Associate), you will for instance be able to work on some of the following tasks:
- Execution and revision of cGMP documents
- Handling and completion of batch documentation
- In-process sampling and analytical measurements
- Execution of validation protocols
- Mixing of solutions to support Upstream and Downstream operations
- CiP/SiP of equipment
- Training new colleagues
- Reporting deviations
- Possibility of being a part of different projects such as process optimization, red lining SOPs, 5S and continuous improvements
Qualifications
We expect from you that:
- You're the type who double-checks the details and makes sure things don't slip through the cracks.
- You don't wait to be asked, but step in when something needs doing
- You explain things clearly, keep people in the loop, and are quick to pick up new digital tools.
- People trust you to do what you say and handle things the right way.
- You show up with focus and give it your all - even on the routine stuff.
- You are enthusiastic about working under GMP and you enjoy working with math and IT tools.
- You have flair for understanding processflows
- You can read and understand work instructions in English.
- Experience with working night shifts is a plus.
Preferably, you are experienced in pharmaceutical production or regulated industries OR you are a Life Science Graduate ready to start your career in production. It is a plus if you have experience with cGMP, SOPs, chromatography, filtration or fermentation processes.
Schedule & Application
As an operator (Manufacturing Associate) your work will follow below schedule:
Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday
Week 2: Wednesday and Thursday
Furthermore, you will either work on Night 1 (18:30 – 04:43) or Night 2 (20:05 – 06:18).
Note: First four weeks include comprehensive training from 8:00 – 16:00.
