We are looking for a meticulous and organized Data Entry Specialist to join our team in New Berlin, Wisconsin. In this Contract-to-permanent position, you will play a vital role in managing and maintaining accurate customer contract pricing data to ensure smooth business operations. The ideal candidate will have strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to follow precise instructions.

Responsibilities:

• Input customer contract pricing data into designated systems with accuracy and efficiency.

• Review and update contract pricing documentation regularly to ensure consistency and correctness.

• Collaborate with team members to enhance and streamline documentation processes.

• Follow detailed instructions for data entry tasks while maintaining a high level of precision.

• Organize and analyze data using Microsoft Excel, creating clear and actionable presentations.

• Uphold data integrity and confidentiality in all tasks.

• Generate reports and summaries using Microsoft Word and Excel as required.

• Resolve data entry discrepancies and troubleshoot issues promptly.

• Support other administrative duties, including file organization and scanning, as assigned.• Minimum of 2 years of experience in data entry or a related administrative role.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word, including the ability to perform calculations and create reports.

• Strong typing and 10-key skills for efficient data input.

• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage and maintain files and documentation.

• Effective email correspondence and communication abilities.

• Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all tasks.

• Ability to follow instructions closely and complete assignments on time.

• Familiarity with scanning and other office equipment is a plus.
