Mechanical HVAC Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Project Manager to oversee multifamily construction projects from pre-construction through completion. This role involves managing HVAC system design, procurement, scheduling, installation, and inspection to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with codes and client specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and manage HVAC scope for multifamily construction projects

Coordinate with GC, subcontractors, engineers, and suppliers

Oversee budgets, schedules, and quality control

Ensure compliance with mechanical codes, safety standards, and project specs

Conduct site visits, resolve issues, and manage project documentation

Lead project meetings and provide progress updates to stakeholders

Qualifications:

5+ years of HVAC project management experience, preferably in multifamily construction

Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, construction processes, and mechanical codes

Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills

Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office
