About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Architectural Associate with 5–8 years of professional experience in residential architecture or design. The ideal candidate is a proactive, detail-oriented problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is capable of managing multiple phases of a project. You’ll collaborate closely with project architects, senior designers, and consultants to help bring outstanding designs to life—from concept through construction.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and support project development through all phases: schematic design, design development, construction documentation, and construction administration.
Collaborate with the team to develop and refine innovative design concepts.
Produce high-quality construction documents and drawings using AutoCAD.
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and clients to ensure seamless communication and project execution.
Conduct zoning and code research, ensuring design compliance.
Participate in site visits and observe construction progress to uphold design integrity.
Qualifications
Professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch).
5–8 years of experience in architectural practice, preferably with a focus on residential design.
Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite.
Thorough understanding of construction documents and detailing.
Knowledge of zoning regulations, building codes, and ADA standards.
Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.
Architectural licensure or on the path to licensure is preferred.
