Isogent Partners, a growing Managed IT Services Provider (MSP) based in Plano, TX, is looking for an Assistant Bookkeeper to support our finance and operations team. What You’ll Do:

As our Assistant Bookkeeper, you’ll play a key role in maintaining the financial integrity of the company. Your responsibilities will include:

Assisting with day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, including AP/AR, coding expenses, and reconciling accounts.

Generating and managing client invoices for recurring services, projects, and cloud/software subscriptions.

Tracking outstanding balances and following up on payments to support healthy cash flow.

Supporting payroll preparation and financial reporting processes.

Maintaining accurate financial documentation and assisting with audits or discrepancies.

Collaborating with the Director of Business Operations and other departments to resolve financial issues.

Providing occasional admin support to help the team run efficiently.

What We’re Looking For:

2–4 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience

Experience with QuickBooks Desktop and intermediate-level Excel

Strong understanding of basic accounting principles

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to handle confidential financial data with integrity

Bonus: Experience working in an MSP or with recurring/subscription billing

Qualifications:

Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Bachelor’s preferred)

Familiarity with payroll processing and cloud-based financial tools a plus

Strong communication skills and a proactive mindset
