Job Title: TLS Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA)

The Learning Spectrum (TLS), part of the New Story Schools family, delivers specialized education for students ages 5–22 in grades K–12 across Ohio. We partner with families and school districts to provide a structured, supportive environment where students can grow academically, socially, and behaviorally. As a BCBA at TLS, you’ll work with small, manageable caseloads and collaborate closely with educators and interdisciplinary specialists. Your Role as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Conduct initial and ongoing assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, AFLS, functional behavior assessments).
Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans based on assessment data and client goals.
Supervise and train Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in implementing ABA programs with fidelity.
Monitor client progress through data analysis and adjust programming as needed.
Ensure compliance with insurance documentation and authorization requirements.
Provide parent and caregiver training to support generalization of skills across settings.
Required Qualifications
Master’s degree in Education, Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, or a related field
BCBA certification or completion of BCBA-required coursework
Two years’ experience working with children in behavioral or therapeutic settings
Experience supervising and supporting behavior teams is strongly preferred
