Recruit4staff are representing a well-established paint refinishing business in their search for a Paint Preparation Technician to work in Wirral

Job Details:

Pay: £13.00 - £15.00 per hour

Hours of Work: 8:00am - 5:00pm Monday to Friday

Duration: Temp to Perm

Job Role: As a Paint Preparation Technician, you will be responsible for preparing surfaces ready for paint application. Your day-to-day duties will involve sanding panels, grinding and polishing using a variety of hand tools such as sanders and grinders. You will also be required to apply primers to surfaces as needed. The Paint Preparation Technician plays a vital role in ensuring all surfaces are correctly finished to high standards prior to final painting.

Essential Skills, Experience, or Qualifications:

Previous experience in surface preparation

Proficient in sanding, grinding, and polishing techniques

Advantageous Skills, Experience, or Qualifications

NVQs in vehicle repair (any level)
