Production Operator Responsibilities:

Operate, maintain, and clean steel forming machinery and equipment

Read and follow work orders accurately

Use tape measure to ensure precision in measurements

Troubleshoot and assist with minor mechanical issues

Perform routine preventative maintenance

Follow all safety guidelines and company policies

Lift and move materials weighing 35–50 lbs consistently

Production Operator Qualifications:

Experience using a tape measure is required

Prior experience in production, manufacturing, or metal work preferred

Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced industrial environment

Able to read technical drawings or schematics is a plus

Strong work ethic and positive attitude

Capable of lifting 35–50 lbs regularly
