Location: Blue Island, IL
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 1st Shift

Tight safety culture and team-oriented environmentWhat You'll Tackle Day to Day:
Repair, maintain, and troubleshoot industrial equipment, including pumps, piping, boilers, compressors, and steam systems
Work with 480V 3-phase electrical systems and other plant-wide utilities
Perform routine preventive maintenance and document service history
Handle reactive repairs and emergency fixes during breakdowns
Use SAP to log completed tasks, update records, and close out work orders
Contribute to safety protocols, HSEQ initiatives, and procedural updates
Support equipment upgrades, facility maintenance, and project planning
Participate in the rotating on-call schedule for after-hours supportWhat You’ll Bring to the Table:
AAS or Maintenance Certifications is required or an equivalent of 5+ years of manufacturing maintenance experience
High school diploma or GED required; trade school or apprenticeship preferred
4+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing setting; prefer chemicals or other industrial manufacturing environments
Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on pump repair background
Familiarity with industrial electrical systems is a plus
