Automotive Service Advisor/Shop Manager

Join our work family at Day's Tire Auto, in Bloomer, WI, and be the face of our automotive service department as an Automotive Service Advisor/Shop Manager. As our Service Advisor you would interact with our customers by listening to their vehicle concerns, recommend repairs, manage the service progress from start to finish and be a liaison between our customers and mechanics.

Key responsibilities include:

Greeting customers and gathering information to help resolve vehicle service needs;

Explaining findings to the customer and presenting cost estimates;

Creating repair orders, scheduling appointments and managing the flow of vehicles through the service department;

Coordinating with mechanics to ensure timely and accurate repairs;

Providing additional recommendations for service and parts to customers.

Processing payments and maintaining accurate customer and service records.
