Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Hardcoat Plater to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Hardcoat anodizing/plating operations and a strong understanding of processes, quality standards, and safety procedures.

Responsibilities:

Perform Hardcoat anodizing/plating according to company and customer specifications

Apply the 720 Rule and other industry standards to achieve accurate coating thickness

Assist the Lab Technicians and Chemists with monitor chemical baths

Use micrometers and precision measuring tools to verify coating dimensions

Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to ensure proper plating requirements

Perform accurate math calculations related to plating thickness and tolerances

Inspect finished products for quality, thickness, and uniformity

Maintain accurate process records and documentation

Follow all safety and environmental guidelines

Assist in equipment maintenance and troubleshooting

Qualifications:

3–5 years of experience in Hardcoat plating/anodizing (required)

Strong knowledge of the 720 Rule for Hardcoat anodizing

Skilled in using micrometers and other precision measuring tools

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings

Strong math skills for process calculations

Attention to detail and commitment to quality standards

Ability to work independently and in a team environment
