Weekend-Only Cleaning Position – Join Our Crew at Smart Host!

Position: Turnover Associate (Tier 1)

Schedule: MUST have 7 day availability, Will work 15-30 hours per week (including weekends)

Pay: $18-19/hr

Smart Host Vacation Rentals is hiring a reliable, motivated Turnover Associate to clean and reset our beautiful vacation rental properties as a permanent team member. If you're detail-oriented, dependable, and love working independently, this role is perfect for you!

What You'll Be Doing:

Turnover cleaning of vacation rentals between guest stays

Resetting spaces to 5-star guest-ready standards

Reporting any damages or maintenance concerns

Communicating with our team via app-based scheduling

What We're Looking For:

Week day AND weekend availability (every Saturday and Sunday is required)

Some cleaning experience preferred (hospitality or residential)

Self-starter who works efficiently without supervision

Reliable personal transportation with valid insurance

Ability to pass a drug screening

Comfortable using mobile apps to clock in/out and follow checklists
