The Composite Materials team is contributing by offering lightweight, temperature and impact resistant solutions in Transportation, Electronics and Industrial markets. To support our Japan team, we are looking for a Sales Representative working Hybrid in one of our Japanese offices. The Sales Representative is the principal point of contact between the business and its customers and will ensure that current customers have the right products and services. The Sales Representative will identify new markets and customer leads and pitch prospective customers.
Essential Job Functions:
Establish and maintain customer relationships, identify short- and mid-term requirements and liaise between customers and internal departments to provide solutions and best service
Monitoring of market conditions (customers, competition, products) and reporting of market trends and changes to the organization while using Salesforce database
Assist Sales Team in France and Germany in daily duties and reporting
Responsible for new customer set up and maintenance in our ERP and CRM systems
Accurate forecasting and demand planning of customers in charge
Gain familiarity with the day-to-day operations of the business and participates in improving operations by offering potential alternatives to existing methods
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in economy, administration, sales, or a combination of applicable education and work experience
Business fluent in English and Japanese
First experience in Sales focused industry with Commercial Operations
Understands customer needs and requirements to timely handle the traffic of customers and ensure proper attention to every customer
Experience in order entry and process management, SAP, CRM systems like Salesforce, Planning systems like Power BI. Experience or curiosity in IT- and software-based solutions
