Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Driver / Telescopic Boom Rough Terrain Forklift Operator with a valid Class A license. In this role, you will be responsible for transporting doors and windows and precisely placing them at our clients' locations. You will operate well-maintained equipment with a strong focus on safety and efficiency. This is a fast-paced outdoor position requiring early mornings and late finishes. The ideal candidate will be physically capable of meeting the demands of the job, possess excellent customer service skills, and be able to multitask effectively to meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities:

Operate commercial and non-commercial vehicles in compliance with DOT regulations.

Safely load and unload doors and window structures.

Load, secure, and unload telescopic boom rough terrain forklifts onto trailers.

Transport doors, windows, and forklifts to installation sites.

Use forklifts to unload units and accurately position them in designated openings:

Crane into position

Attach suction cup fixtures

Maneuver forklifts into place

Keep accurate records and activity logs.

Qualifications:

Proficiency in English required; bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.

Valid Class A CDL license with at least 2 years of driving experience.

Valid forklift operation certification.

Experience with telescopic forklifts or heavy machinery is preferred.

Attention to detail and familiarity with machinery equipment.

Knowledge of DOT regulations and safety procedures.

Ability to work overtime and flexible schedules.

Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and teamwork skills.

Physical ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs., load, unload, and move heavy items.
