Associate Engineer

Major Accountabilities:

Deriving test plans based on product specifications and international standards

Making test set-up for electrical and electronic device products (like automotive fuse boxes, PDUs, RF wireless devices, connectors etc.)

Execute validation tests ( DV & PV)of new products during development

Expertise in using various instruments - oscilloscope, LLCR, DMM, LabView, different power sources like electronic loads, AC / DC power supplies etc.

Environmental Test Chambers-Ensuring utilization.

Evaluate test results and perform analysis

Tear down/Failure analysis of components in case of deviation from specification

Co-ordinating calibration and service of electrical / electronic test / measuring equipment

Communicating with product design team and customer regarding validation test aspects.

Maintain NABL standard in the Lab.
