Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and safety-focused Production Operator to join our powder coatings manufacturing team. This entry-level position is responsible for the timely and safe production of powder coating products that meet customer requirements and quality standards. Operators will work with production equipment, monitor processes, and support daily manufacturing goals.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and examine production materials for processing.

Operate production equipment and follow all processing procedures.

Monitor machine parameters and troubleshoot processing issues.

Manage time and tasks to meet or exceed daily production targets safely and efficiently.

Contribute to continuous improvement and assigned line performance.

Mandatory Skills

Ability to manage time and tasks effectively to achieve individual and team production goals.

Commitment to working safely and efficiently in a manufacturing environment.

Desired Skills & Physical Requirements

Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs frequently and up to 55 lbs occasionally.

Capable of sitting, standing, walking, stooping, climbing, and kneeling as required.

Must tolerate nuisance dust and wear a respirator as needed.

Ability to operate a hand truck and material handling equipment.

Comfortable working at heights up to 30 feet (ladder or man-lift use required).

Strong vision (color and depth perception), hearing, and communication in English.

Ability to work in varying conditions: indoors and outdoors, exposure to heat (up to 120 F), cold (down to 0 F), noise, and hazardous materials.

Work Environment

Surfaces may include concrete, steel grating, blacktop, and rooftops.

Hearing protection required in designated areas.

Work involves exposure to toxic, flammable, and hazardous materials.
