As a Recruitment Business Partner for the Utilities Line of Business, you’ll play a vital role in attracting top talent and delivering workforce solutions for these iconic projects. Based out of our North Sydney office, you’ll manage the full recruitment process while working closely with hiring managers, making a direct impact on UGL’s success.

Key responsibilities

Drive end-to-end recruitment, from job briefs and advertising to shortlisting and offer.

Build talent pipelines for key roles using premium sourcing tools.

Partner with hiring managers to align recruitment strategies with business needs.

Manage recruitment systems and reporting through Taleo.

Ensure compliance by facilitating all relevant pre-employment checks.

About you

Proven experience recruiting for both white and blue-collar roles.

Proficient in recruitment platforms such as Taleo or similar.

Collaborative, solutions-focused, and passionate about building strong relationships.

A champion for diversity and inclusion.
