Job Description
We’re looking for driven Quality Engineers to help shape the future of aerospace manufacturing excellence. In this role, you’ll play a key role in qualifying precision and reliability of machined components, working side-by-side with highly talented manufacturing and quality engineers to build robust testing processes, verification strategies, and quality frameworks that drive precision innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
Design testing and Inspection methods to validate part quality and reliability across our product lines.
Support day-to-day quality control practices and documentation management for quality regulations such as ISO 9001 and AS9100 standards.
Monitor quality criteria for incoming materials, in-process components, and finished goods.
Evaluate inspection data and processes to verify compliance with customer specifications.
Analyze customer feedback and non-conformance reports to develop and issue corrective action plans.
Occasionally lead and participate in employee training to ensure consistent quality awareness and process understanding.
Required Skills and Attributes:
Hands-on experience with coordinate measuring machines (CMMs) and precision inspection tools are a must.
High attention to detail with a strong drive for accuracy and continuous improvement.
Solid understanding of aerospace and government-mandated quality systems.
Strong analytical and root cause analysis abilities.
Confident in making sound, timely decisions in a quality-focused environment.
Demonstrated strength in troubleshooting and problem resolution.
Clear, professional communication skills—both written and verbal.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of quality engineering experience within an aerospace manufacturing environment.
Professional experience working with CMMs
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is preferred, but not mandatory.
