IT Hub Inc. is seeking a highly skilled .NET Full Stack Developer to support our client, the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, in Harrisburg, PA. The consultant will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining modern web applications, leveraging Microsoft technologies and frameworks. The ideal candidate should be adept in both front-end and back-end development, capable of working independently as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams in a government IT environment.Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using ASP.NET Core, C#, and .NET Framework.

Build responsive, user-friendly UI components with Angular/React, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.

Develop RESTful APIs and integrate with external/internal systems.

Work with SQL Server (queries, stored procedures, performance tuning).

Implement secure coding practices aligned with government IT standards.

Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and QA teams to deliver quality solutions.

Perform unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting across the full stack.

Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices and documentation.

Support deployment and maintenance activities in Dev/Test/Production environments.Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).

5+ years of experience in .NET development (C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core/Framework).

Strong front-end development experience using Angular or React, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3.

Experience with REST APIs, JSON, XML, and Web Services.

Proficiency with SQL Server, including stored procedures, triggers, and performance optimization.

Familiarity with Entity Framework / LINQ.

Experience with version control (Git, TFS, Azure DevOps).

Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

Excellent communication skills for working with state agency stakeholders.Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with government or public sector IT projects.

Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure/AWS).

Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

Understanding of security and compliance requirements in state IT environments.Assignment Details

Location: Harrisburg, PA (Onsite/Hybrid depending on client's requirement)

Duration: 1 year with high possibility of extension
