Remote Controller

Full-Time

We are seeking an experienced Controller with a strong background in restaurant and hospitality accounting. This role is fully remote and focused on providing accurate, timely financials and actionable insights to a portfolio of growing restaurant groups nationwide.

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage an accounting team to deliver consistent client results

Oversee monthly close, financial statement preparation, and review

Provide analysis and guidance to owners and operators

Ensure proper execution of all assigned client work

Mentor and develop accounting staff

Maintain regular virtual meetings with clients

Qualifications:

CPA preferred

6+ years of progressive accounting experience

3+ years managing an accounting team

Direct experience in restaurant/hospitality accounting required

Knowledge of Restaurant365, MarginEdge, or QBO preferred

Strong communication and organizational skills

Tech-forward, adaptable, and process-oriented
