This is an opportunity for a motivated attorney to take on a leadership role in complex litigation cases while advocating for clients best interests.

Key Responsibilities:

Represent clients inpersonal injury litigation, ensuring the best possible outcomes.

Manage all aspects of litigation, includingcase strategy, client communication, discovery, depositions, motions, and trial preparation.

Conductnegotiationswith insurance companies and opposing counsel to secure favorable settlements.

Providelegal guidanceto clients, demonstrating empathy and professionalism to build trust and confidence.

Handletrial preparationand serve aslead counsel in court proceedingsas needed.

Key Qualifications:

Juris Doctor (J.D.)from an accredited law school

Licensed and in good standingwith the Bar

6+ years of litigation experience, withfirst-chair trial experiencepreferred

Strongcase evaluation and negotiation skills

Exceptionalverbal and written communicationskills

Proactive problem solverwith the ability to work bothindependently and within a team

Bilingual (English/Spanish)is a plus
