Job Description

Salem Stones, a fast-growing granite memorial distributor, is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support daily operations. Responsibilities include receiving and organizing inventory, preparing orders, and loading/unloading shipments while maintaining a safe work environment. We’re looking for a reliable, hardworking individual with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn.

Your Role:

As a Warehouse Associate at Salem Stones, you'll play a vital role in our operations, ensuring the safe and efficient movement of materials and products within our facility. You'll work in a supportive environment where teamwork and dedication are the cornerstones of our success.

What You'll Do:

Safely and efficiently operate a forklift to transport granite memorials and materials.

Collaborate with team members to fulfill orders and meet customer expectations.

Maintain forklift equipment and perform routine safety checks to ensure optimal performance.

Contribute to a positive work environment where safety and quality are top priorities.

Assist with other related tasks as necessary.

What we're looking for:

Experience operating a forklift, preferably in a warehouse or industrial setting.

Proficient in navigating tight spaces and maneuvering heavy loads.

Able to consistently lift up to 50 lbs.

Strong commitment to safety and adherence to protocols.

Punctual and consistent attendance, in line with our Monday-Friday work schedule, with occasional Saturdays and overtime.

Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled warehouse environment.

Work Hours: 8 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday – Friday with overtime opportunities

Compensation: Up to $20/hour
