Position Summary

The Market and Data Outreach Specialist shall provide direct support in the development of outreach and marketing activities, including strategic communications, branding, identifying target audiences, and leveraging appropriate platforms and types of media to achieve the most significant impact.

Key Responsibilities

Under the direction of the OIE Deputy Director, will develop, review, and execute communication plans and outreach strategies.

Using Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter, will develop a pilot program for paid advertising to improve targeted outreach to specific audiences.

Coordinate with program offices and communication specialists to deliver information efficiently and effectively.

Develop and track external communication metrics and KPIs.

Experience & Qualifications

BS/BA degree in a related field (or equivalent).

Approximately 4+ years of related experience, preferably with a government entity.

Proficient in MS Office Suite, website analytics, website publishing, and advanced knowledge of SharePoint.

Strong organization and detail-oriented skills.

Ability to exercise independent judgement with a high level of analytical skill.
