This role is on a 2-2-3 rotation with a 12-hour shift.
What we are looking for:
Must possess a valid Driver’s License
High school diploma or GED
Ability to read, analyze and interpret business documentation, SOPs, and job descriptions
Ability to do fundamental mathematics as it pertains to production, formulations, and efficiencies
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
Ability to perform job functions with minimal supervision
Ability to follow all safety rules and procedures.

In this role, you would:
Operate treating machine(s) that produce furniture and decor papers
Regulate machine speed, flow, volume, and temperature
Stop or reset machine when a malfunction occurs and clear machine jams
Observe machine operations to ensure quality and conformity of products to standards
Adjust machine tension, pressure, and machine components according to specifics of product
Inspect and remove defective products as required
Remove finished packaged items from machine and separate rejected items as needed
Verify and record product weights or measurements to ensure quality standards
Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor
Willing to support and work on other shifts as needed
Physical Requirements:
Ability to move freely throughout the facility, including climbing stairs and ladders, and navigating around equipment and machinery.
Ability to bend, stoop, and crouch as necessary to inspect and maintain equipment.
Capability to lift and carry materials and equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.
Ability to perform physical tasks that involve lifting, pushing, pulling, and carrying heavy objects.
Endurance to stand and walk for extended periods, often in environments with dust, chemicals, high noise levels and varying temperatures
