Training:
Remote, live, one-on-one training with a dedicated trainer
1-week training program (Mon–Fri, 8 AM–5 PM CST with breaks)
Required Hours:
Full-time (up to 40 hours per week)
Rotating Saturdays required, with a weekday off in exchange
Punctuality and reliability are essential
Responsibilities:
As an Outbound Call Specialist, you'll contact customers on behalf of dealerships to drive service engagement and improve retention.
Specific tasks include:
Making outbound calls to schedule service appointments
Informing customers about recall notices and maintenance needs
Following up on previously recommended services
Engaging customers with a professional, friendly tone
Documenting interactions and updating CRM systems accurately
Communicating via phone and written channels as needed
Achieving daily/weekly call and conversion goals
Performing other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
High School Diploma (Associate’s Degree a plus)
Friendly, confident phone presence
Availability for rotating Saturdays
Ability to multitask and work with multiple software systems
Self-motivated and goal-oriented
Experience in outbound calls, appointment setting, or automotive industry preferred
Proven ability to convert outreach into results is a plus
Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus
Compensation and Payroll:
Base pay starts at $18/hour, plus performance-based incentives
Paid semi-monthly (15th and last day of each month)
