Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute the roadmap for enterprise application optimization to meet both business and corporate needs.

Oversee the implementation and optimization of critical applications (EMR, CRM, HRIS, POS) across a distributed network.

Lead large-scale deployments focused on clinical, financial, and operational improvements.

Facilitate the integration of cloud-based applications into a centralized data lake to enable robust Business Intelligence (BI) reporting.

Manage light ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) operations, including monitoring data flows and ensuring accuracy.

Previous experience in supporting and managing enterprise applications specific to senior living or healthcare industries is essential.

Proven success deploying clinical, financial, and operational systems across a distributed network.

Hands-on experience managing system integrations, interfacing, and ETL processes for data centralization and monitoring.

Strong background in implementing and managing cloud-based enterprise applications.

Experience collaborating with stakeholders, managing cross-functional teams, and leading analysts to success.

Additional Skills:

Ability to handle a diverse application landscape and reduce inefficiencies to streamline operations.

Comfortable managing diverse system functionalities such as clinical workflows, financial operations, HRIS, and POS.
