We are looking for an experienced IT Risk and Compliance Analyst to join our team on a long-term contract basis in Cincinnati, Ohio. This role is ideal for someone who excels in assessing, managing, and coordinating IT compliance efforts within a dynamic environment. You will play a critical part in ensuring our systems and processes align with regulatory standards and industry best practices.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate IT compliance activities, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and company policies.

• Conduct assessments of IT General Controls and IT Application Controls to identify gaps and implement necessary improvements.

• Collaborate on system implementation projects, particularly with Oracle NetSuite and other relevant platforms.

• Monitor and manage IT service delivery processes, focusing on compliance and risk mitigation.

• Utilize experience with digital asset management applications to enhance system oversight.

• Leverage knowledge of suspicious activity monitoring, AML (Anti-Money Laundering), and KYC (Know Your Customer) processes to support compliance initiatives.

• Assist in identifying and addressing financial crime risks within IT systems.

• Work with tools such as GitHub and NetSuite to ensure proper compliance tracking and documentation.

• Provide expertise in ERP systems, including Lawson ERP, to maintain operational efficiency and compliance.

• Support the development and execution of IT risk management strategies.• Proven experience in IT compliance coordination and risk management.

• Strong knowledge of IT General Controls and IT Application Controls.

• Familiarity with Oracle NetSuite and GitHub platforms.

• Experience with digital asset management applications is preferred.

• Solid understanding of AML, KYC, and financial crime prevention processes.

• Proficiency in ERP systems, such as Lawson ERP.

• Background in IT service management and delivery.

• Ability to effectively assess and address compliance risks within complex IT environments.
