Our client is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee operational activities on mining and construction projects. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth site operations, team management, material control, and daily reporting to management.

The Job

Lead and direct the daily work team (carpenters, operators, drivers, foremen)

Monitor daily project progress to ensure work meets targets and standard operating procedures (SOPs)

Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, safety, and project management departments

Prepare daily/weekly reports on progress, manpower, equipment, and material usage

Address technical limitations on site and ensure safety standards (K3) are implemented

Serve as a liaison between the site and project headquarters

Ideal Candidate

Minimum Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering/Mining/Equivalent

Minimum 2-4 years of experience as a Project Foreman/Site Supervisor

Ability to read construction drawings and technical documents (RAB, Bill of Quantities, RAP))

Strong leadership and communication skills, adaptability to site work, and ability to work under time pressure

Possess a POP certificate and understand the mining project worker priority system
