As the Network program Manager you are responsible for the staffing and management of the Child & Family Services Crisis Respite Programs, including the 24/7 adolescent crisis respite unit, the outpatient day program, and the 24/7 expansion respite program. Your role provides supervision and guidance to ensure that youth and staff are successful in their respective pursuits and youth and families demonstrate positive clinical outcomes. In your role, you will monitor program metrics and utilize staff experience and expertise to facilitate decision-making appropriate to optimizing program efficiency and change.
Minimum qualifications Bachelor’s Degree
