Position Title: General Manager Business Development
Job Duties:
Lead strategic Corporate Account strategy and performance across the Americas
Drive commercial sales and market growth in Mexico, servicing as the senior commercial leader for Mexico
Oversee Corporate Accounts, Demand Planning, Pricing & Contract Management
Guild strategic relationships, deliver on revenue and margin targets, and ensure alignment with regional and global business objectives
Ensure Zero Harm leadership across all areas of responsibility
Build strong customer relationships and deliver customer-centric solutions
Optimize work processes
Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full-time
Language of Work: English (speak, read and write) and Spanish (speak)
Wage: $232,000 to $282,000 CAD

Skills Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field, Masters preferred
5 + years in business development, sales leadership, or commercial management in industrial, manufacturing, or mining
Proven experience managing large, strategic corporate accounts across multiple countries
5+ years track record of driving international market growth, with specific experience in LatAm
Strong negotiation skills with experience in high-value, complex contract management
Bilingual in English (speaking, reading & writing) & Spanish (speaking) required; Portuguese a plus
Strategic sourcing experience with exposure to the global Ammonium Nitrate market
