Role Overview

RCCG City of Victory, London (Hackney), is seeking a Spirit-filled and dedicated Youth Pastor to provide pastoral leadership, discipleship, and spiritual development for our youth ministry. The successful candidate will inspire, mentor, and equip young people to grow in their faith, serve God, and positively impact their community.

Key Responsibilities

• Preach, teach, and lead worship during youth services, Bible studies, and church gatherings.

• Provide pastoral care, counselling, and mentorship to young people.

• Develop and implement a clear youth ministry strategy aligned with RCCG doctrine and church vision.

• Organise youth programmes including retreats, outreach events, and discipleship classes.

• Recruit, mentor, and coordinate youth leaders and volunteers.

• Conduct visitations, prayer meetings, and provide spiritual support for youth and families.

• Contribute to wider church life and serve as part of the pastoral leadership team.

Candidate Requirements

• A practising Christian with a personal commitment to RCCG beliefs, values, and practices.

• Previous experience in youth ministry or pastoral leadership (ordination or recognised ministerial experience preferred).

• Ability to preach, teach, and lead worship effectively.

• Strong pastoral and mentoring skills with a passion for youth development.

• Relevant theological training or pastoral certification (desirable).

Salary & Conditions

• Salary: £25,189 – £28,000 per annum (depending on experience)

• Hours: Full-time, 35 hours per week

• Pension contributions and holiday entitlement provided in line with UK employment law.
