Inside / Technical Sales Representative – Refractory Products

Role Scope:
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing technical and commercial support for refractory products and solutions.
Prepare and issue pricing, quotations, and order confirmations in a timely and accurate manner.
Maintain and grow customer relationships through professional communication and proactive service.
Coordinate with Production, Purchasing, and Logistics teams to ensure on-time delivery and quality standards are met.
Track orders, manage timelines, and address any customer concerns promptly.
Maintain accurate records of sales activity, customer interactions, and project details. Requirements
Strong preference for 5+ years of experience in the refractory industry as a salesperson or installer.
Strong preference for knowledge of refractory products, applications, and installation methods.
Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
Proficiency in MS Office and ERP/CRM systems preferred. Compensation: DOE – Base $65k to $90K + Bonus
