Imagine being directly responsible for helping the nation grow, to BUILD. Rockland Manufacturing, a well-known, respected, family-owned construction equipment manufacturer with an excellent reputation for quality and on-time shipments, is looking for an Outside Account Manager to join our team.
What You'll Be Doing:
This is an established position covering heavy equipment dealer accounts in California, Arizona, Nevada, Idaho and Utah. Our Account Managers are home based and spend 3-4 nights per week on the road visiting customers. This team puts a lot of value in activity and hustle! You'll work with heavy equipment dealers to serve the industry by:
Retaining, managing, and growing the existing customer base
Building relationships with key decision makers to create partnerships
Understanding their business beyond a product level
Cross-selling and creating multi product solution opportunities
Selling value through intangibles and services Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years outside sales experience
Exceptional communication skills
Experience in B2B Sales
Motivated by your own goals and uncapped high earning potential
Able to work with minimal direct supervision
Knowledge of construction equipment/mechanical aptitude is a plus Compensation and Benefits:
