We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Associate who will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment — from sourcing candidates, conducting initial screenings, and coordinating interviews, to supporting onboarding activities. You’ll play a key role in helping us grow our team with top-tier talent. Qualifications:
2-3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle multiple requisitions and meet deadlines
Experience in BPO or high-volume hiring is a plus
