Job Description

We are looking for a Mainframe Developer with solid mainframe knowledge and skills, with some or all of the following:

z/OS based skills (TSO, JCL, ISPF, SDSF)

Programming languages (COBOL, REXX, VISION/Mark IV a plus)

Experience in development & maintaining critical Mainframe applications

In-depth knowledge of COBOL, JCL, CA7, CICS, DB2, SQL, VSAM

IBM mainframe program product knowledge and experience (CA7, Control-D, Connect: Direct/NDM, CA-View/SAR)

Knowledge of message and transmission protocols such as MQ, NDM and sFTP

Knowledge of CICS Webservices

Experience with DFSORT, ICETOOL

Good to have: Mainframe DevOps experience

Mainframe Modernization experience such as converting to ETL, Java, Tableau

Basic Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of work experience in COBOL

Minimum of 5 years of work experience in DB2 and SQL

HS Diploma or GED

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelors or Associates Degree

Bank experience

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York or Washington.
