3 days per week in clinic hours 8 am 11:40 am and 1 pm 4:40 pm

20/40 minute appointment slots mix of acute, wellness, and follow up visits

Call coverage 4 days per month 1st Friday and 3rd weekend

BLS certification required

NRP certification required

PALS certification required
