Account Manager / Customer Service for Custom Printing

Join a family-owned custom printing company with great stability and work environment! Our client, a well-established manufacturer in Tucker, GA, is seeking a dedicated Account Manager to join their tight-knit team!

$23-24/hour Full-time Direct Hire Opportunity

What You'll Do:

Provide exceptional customer support and account management

Process purchase orders and coordinate with internal teams

Follow up on orders, quotes, and customer inquiries

Create accurate price quotations

Support account growth with excellent customer service

What We're Looking For:

High school diploma or equivalent

2+ years of Microsoft Office experience (Outlook, Word, Excel)

Experience with Google Workspace tools

Background in customer service, sales support, or administrative roles

Strong communication skills and attention to detail

Someone seeking long-term career stability

Schedule & Benefits:

Monday-Thursday: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Friday: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Printing industry experience is a plus, but not required
