Part-Time Customer Service Representative
We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Part-Time Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is a great fit for someone who excels at providing excellent service and has a solid understanding of Electronic Data Interchange (EDI).
Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing timely and professional support via phone and email.
Process and manage customer orders, with a focus on ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Utilize your EDI experience to handle and troubleshoot order-related issues and maintain data integrity.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns and improve overall service processes.
Maintain accurate and organized customer records and documentation.
Qualifications
Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience with EDI and warehouse/facility integrations is required.
ERP Systems: Familiarity with NetSuite is highly preferred.
Integration Platforms: Experience with TrueCommerce/B2B Gateway is a significant plus.
Other Skills:
Proven experience in a customer service role.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
